He blamed Congress and DMK for not passing the bill.

PM Modi said that if the bill had been passed, women would have benefited from it. He claimed that this fight is not over yet, BJP and NDA will fight for the rights.

In Tamil Nadu, PM Modi said, today I want to express my pain and my anger among my loved ones. In 2023, we passed the Nari Shakti Vandan Act and on the 16th of this month, we took a historic step towards implementing women’s reservation in Parliament and state legislatures.
