मोदी युग: विकसित भारत के संकल्प से देवभूमि के नवोदय तक – uttrakhand cm pushkar singh dhami pm Narendra modi twelve years as pm india growth ntcppl
Many people of our age, including me, have grown up with the dream of a strong, capable and self-respecting India. An India which is moving rapidly on the path of development, to which the world listens attentively and the most important thing is whose leadership is deeply trusted by its great people. But for most part of our lifetime we had to compromise with this dream. But we all are fortunate that now we are able to see this dream coming true with our open eyes. This has been possible due to the tireless efforts, courageous leadership and life dedicated to Antyodaya in the last 12 years of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modiji. Today India is strong, capable and self-respecting.
The figures themselves are telling the story of India’s success under the leadership of Modiji. Four crore permanent houses under PM Awas Yojana, free ration every month to 81 crore people, free treatment facility to 60 crore people under Ayushman Bharat, guarantee free money loan of Rs 40 lakh crore – all this can only be done by a sage dedicated to Antyodaya. If you imagine that in the first seven decades of independence, only 3.2 crore houses were getting tap water supply, now this figure has increased more than four times to 16 crore houses. Till 2014, only 5 cities of the country were connected with metro trains, now the number of these cities has increased to 26. The metro rail network has also increased from 248 kilometers to 1155 kilometers.
Today India is providing leadership to the world in every field. 56 percent of the world’s total digital transactions are taking place in India alone. India, which was once dependent on foreign countries for its defense needs, is today touching new heights in the field of defense production and exports. From space to artificial intelligence, startups to semiconductor manufacturing, India is writing new chapters of self-reliance. Prime Minister fulfilling his resolve to worship women Narendra Modi Has given permanent commission to women in the army. In Operation Sindoor, this women power of India overpowered the enemy country. Once the country was a victim of externally sponsored terrorism as well as the Naxal terror growing within the country, today the country has the courage to decisively control Naxal violence as well as target the terrorist structures located across the border. This is the new India – which wants peace and also knows how to ensure its security.
The national vision of a developed India which is taking shape under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, its impact is visible in every state of the country. Uttarakhand This is also a strong example of this. For us Devbhoomi residents, the tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has proved to be worth writing in golden letters. Prime Minister’s devotion and affinity towards Uttarakhand is not hidden from anyone. This is the reason that today work on development projects worth more than Rs 2 lakh crore is going on in Uttarakhand with the help of the Central Government. In the last four years, unprecedented progress has been made in the fields of roads, rail, air connectivity, tourism, health, religious revival and industrial development.
Chardham All Weather Road project is progressing rapidly at a cost of Rs 11 thousand 700 crore. The Delhi-Dehradun Expressway, built at a cost of Rs 13 thousand crore, has reduced both distance and time. Now the journey from Delhi to Dehradun is being completed in two and a half hours. Apart from this, work is also going on on important projects like Sitarganj-Tankpur, Paonta Sahib-Dehradun, Bhaniyawala-Rishikesh, Kathgodam-Lalkuan-Haldwani Bypass and Rudrapur Bypass.
Rail connectivity in inaccessible hilly areas was only a dream for a long time. But today the Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail project is rapidly moving towards completion. Along with this, the Central Government has approved the Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line project worth Rs 48 thousand crore. 11 railway stations of the state are being given a modern look under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme.
Remarkable achievements have also been made in the field of air connectivity. Jolly Grant, Pantnagar and Pithoragarh airports have been expanded. Under the UDAN scheme, 18 heliports are being developed in the state, out of which services have started at 12. Areas like Gauchar, Srinagar, Chinyalisaur, Haldwani, Munsiyari, Pithoragarh, Pantnagar, Champawat, Bageshwar, Nainital and Almora have been connected by air connectivity. While there were only two heliports in the state till the year 2022, today their number has increased to seven. The number of helipads has also almost doubled to 118.
The ropeway network is being expanded in Uttarakhand through the Parvatmala project with the cooperation of the Central Government. Ropeway projects from Gaurikund to Kedarnath and Govindghat to Hemkund Sahib will give a new direction to tourism and pilgrimage in the state. Along with the Chardhams, the Prime Minister has also given priority to the revival and redevelopment of the ancient temples of Uttarakhand. Kedarnath and Badrinath Dham redevelopment projects and Manaskhand Mandir Mala Mission are excellent examples of this. These efforts have given Uttarakhand a stronger identity on the global spiritual tourism map.
Historic work is also being done in the water resources and health sectors. With the cooperation of the Central Government, work is going on on Jamrani, Song and Lakhwad multipurpose projects, which will provide long-term benefits in the fields of irrigation, drinking water and energy. The work of AIIMS Satellite Center has started in Kichha. The country’s first heli ambulance service has been started at AIIMS Rishikesh, which is an innovative initiative in the field of emergency health services.
Parallel to all these achievements, Uttarakhand has also worked to take forward Prime Minister Modi’s vision of a developed India. Our government has given a new direction to the country by implementing the Uniform Civil Code. We have taken many historic steps towards strict anti-copying laws, anti-conversion laws, land law reforms, investment promotion, women empowerment, employment generation for youth and transparent administration. Today Uttarakhand is not only becoming a center of natural beauty and spiritual consciousness but also an emerging model of good governance, innovation and development.
The 12 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership are not just a political period, but the story of the renaissance of India’s self-confidence. This is the story of lighting the lamp of hope in the lives of crores of poor people who for the first time felt that the government could reach their doorstep. This is the story of giving wings to the dreams of those youth who recognized their possibilities in the new India. This is a story of honoring those mothers and sisters who got an equal place in the mainstream of development.
Today, when we have entered the golden age of developed India, it is the responsibility of every citizen of Uttarakhand to become an active participant in this transformation journey. We are confident that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will become a developed, self-reliant and world-leading nation by the year 2047.
This is not just a journey of development, it is a journey of confidence, aspirations and determination of 140 crore Indians. And in this journey, Uttarakhand will continue to move ahead with pride as a strong carrier of Prime Minister Modi’s dream of a developed India.
