The work of implementing the script of ‘Operation Tiger’ written in Maharashtra has started. Everything will be over with Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena (UBT) today itself. The split in Shiv Sena (UBT) is now certain, out of Uddhav’s 9 Lok Sabha MPs, 6 can leave the party and join Eknath Shinde’s party.
6 out of 9 Lok Sabha MPs of Uddhav’s Shiv Sena (UBT) have reached Delhi, while on the other hand, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra has reached Delhi. Eknath Shinde Have reached Delhi. On the other hand, Uddhav army has also reached Delhi for damage control.
Delhi has become the political ground for the political battle of Maharashtra. Just as the house of BJP leader Bhupendra Yadav had become the epicenter of the TMC rebellion in Bengal, similarly the Delhi residence of Eknath Shinde’s son Shrikant Shinde is becoming the epicenter of ‘Operation Tiger’.
Uddhav Thackeray the party is going to break again
Six Lok Sabha MPs of Uddhav Thackeray’s party Shiv Sena (UBT) have prepared to break away, while Shinde faction leaders claimed that talks are being held with 7 Lok Sabha MPs. Amidst the murmur of Operation Tiger, only 4 out of 9 MPs attended the meeting called by Uddhav Thackeray in Matoshree on Sunday. Arvind Sawant, Anil Desai, Sanjay Dina Patil and Rajabhau Waje were included.
At the same time, five MPs Omraje Nimbalkar, Sanjay Jadhav and Bhausaheb Wakchore, Sanjay Deshmukh and Nagesh Patil Ashtikar have maintained distance from Matoshree. Uddhav had asked the five MPs to come to Matoshree within the next 48 hours to prove their loyalty to the party, but these MPs did not reach Matoshree. Due to this, Uddhav Thackeray realizes that some MPs may leave him.
The names of Nagesh Patil Ashtikar, Sanjay Jadhav, Sanjay Deshmukh, Bhausaheb Vakchure and Omraj Nimbalkar are being said to be among the 6 MPs of Uddhav Thackeray who are preparing to join Eknath Shinde’s army. However, it is not yet clear who the 6th MP is.
Meeting with Shinde then meeting with the Speaker
Rebel MPs of Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena (UBT) have reached Delhi. The rebel UBT MP will first have a meeting with Eknath Shinde. This meeting will be held at the Delhi residence of MP Shrikant Shinde at 31 Meena Bagh, Maulana Azad Road. This meeting is being held in the same way as the meeting of Mamata Banerjee’s MPs was held at the residence of BJP leader and Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav.
After the meeting at Shrikant Shinde’s residence, these MPs will meet the Speaker and can hand over letters of support to him. It is believed that first these MPs will complete the process of forming a separate faction in the Lok Sabha and after that this faction will be merged with Shinde led Shiv Sena. Shiv Sena Legislative Council member Kripal Tumane claimed that talks with seven Shiv Sena (UBT) MPs have been finalized and they can join the Shinde faction in Parliament. He said that work on this process has been going on for the last one month.
Uddhav army descended for damage control
Shinde has reached Delhi to implement Operation Tiger, while Thackeray faction leaders have reached Delhi for damage control and legal advice. Seeing the threat of breakup of MPs, Shiv Sena (UBT) has submitted an official letter to the Lok Sabha Speaker demanding that only Shiv Sena (UBT) should be recognized as an authorized political party in the Parliament.
In a letter sent by Shiv Sena (UBT) parliamentary party leader and MP Arvind Sawant to the Lok Sabha Speaker, it has been said that if recognition or special status is demanded by any other group, then Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) should be given an opportunity to present its side before taking any decision on it. The party has also clarified that it reserves the right to use the legal provisions available under the Tenth Schedule of the Constitution (anti-defection law).
Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut And Lok Sabha MP Anil Desai has also reached Delhi and will hold a press conference at 9 am, but before that Sanjay Raut has been accused of giving Rs 15 crore each. In this way the round of allegations and counter-allegations has started.
