In Korba, Chhattisgarh, a laborer named Salikram murdered his wife Chait Kunwar by slitting her throat. It is being told that the wife often doubted the character of her husband. Even on the day of the incident, there was an altercation between the two in the morning. In the evening, both of them were sitting together and drinking alcohol, when the dispute escalated again. In anger, Salik Ram attacked his wife with a sharp knife and severed her head. After the murder, the accused kept the wife’s head in a plastic bag and left on the motorcycle.
