नीले ड्रम के बाद अब हरा ड्रम कांड… मैरिड गर्लफ्रेंड से मिलने गया था, एक महीने बाद नाले में मिली लाश – thane mumbra arbaz khan body found in drum vasai love affair murder case lcla
After the story of blue drum incident, now the sensational story of green drum has come to light from Thane, Maharashtra. A young man named Arbaaz Khan had left the house saying that he was going to Dadar to collect money for work, the family thought that he would return by evening. But that evening never came. And a month later, his search ended… with a decomposed corpse packed in a green drum. This matter is shocking, in which even the police remained entangled for a month.
It is about 3rd April. Arbaaz Khan, a resident of Mumbra, came out of the house. Told the family that he was going to Dadar, where he had to collect some money for work. But night came, then the next day, then several days passed – Arbaaz did not return home. The family started searching. Phone off. No clue. Ultimately the father went to the police and lodged a missing complaint.

Up to this point the story seems like a typical missing case. But the real story came out from the location of the mobile. Mumbra Police investigated the call details. It was revealed that on the day Arbaaz went missing, his last location was in Vasai. Police tracked another number – that of his girlfriend Mehjabeen Shaikh. The surprising thing is that on the same day, its location was also in the same area. This is where the story took a turn.
The police picked up Mehjabeen. In the beginning he said what is usually said in such cases – I don’t know anything. But technical evidence was put forward, interrogation intensified and then the story started unfolding. Mehjabeen told that Arbaaz was not just her lover, but had become the cause of tension between her and her husband. Husband Hasan was aware of their relationship. What happened next might seem like an episode of a crime show.
Plan was made. Arbaaz was called to Vasai on some pretext. It was said that the money would be received. But what was waiting for him there was not love, but death. According to the police, Mehjabeen, her husband Hasan, brother Tariq Shaikh and brother’s friend Muazam Pathan – all four together implicated Arbaaz. First he was asked for money. Meaning, a ransom conspiracy was hatched using a love affair. Police are still investigating how much money was demanded. But when Arbaaz could not pay the amount, the matter went straight to murder.

Arbaaz was beaten with a plastic pipe. So much so that his breathing stopped. And then the scariest part of the story began. To hide the dead body, the accused bought a big green drum. Arbaaz’s body was stuffed into it. The drum was then picked up and thrown into a drain in Vasai.
During interrogation, the accused’s girlfriend revealed her secrets to the police.
After about a month, when the police strictly interrogated Mehjabeen, she spilled the beans. On his tip, the police reached Vasai. A green drum was taken out from the drain. When the drum was opened, there was a decomposed corpse inside. Got identified – it was Arbaaz.
Police arrested Mehjabeen and her brother Tariq Sheikh. But two accused are still absconding – Mehjabeen’s husband Hasan and his partner Muajam Pathan. Police say that Hasan played the biggest role in the murder. That is, the husband who came to know about his wife’s affair, hatched this dreadful plan out of both anger and greed.
According to DCP Priya Dhamale, the investigation is still going on. Police are finding out what was the ransom amount and whether other people were also involved in this conspiracy. Tariq Sheikh’s old criminal record has also come to light. Many cases are already registered against him.
