A sensational case has come to light in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, where hundreds of Hindu innocent people were being converted to Christianity in Jadauda village located in Mansoorpur police station area on Sunday. On receiving this information, when Bajrang Dal workers reached the spot and protested against it, a ruckus was created.
Local police also reached the spot and pacified the matter and detained seven men and five women from the spot. Three Bible books and some ID cards have also been recovered from them and investigation has been started. Bajrang Dal workers allege that a person named Rashid has a warehouse in this village in which hundreds of Hindu people were being converted to mass religion by giving free treatment and other inducements.
Case registered against 14
On the complaint of this case, the police immediately started its further action by registering a case against 14 named accused Rashid, Manish, Sanjeev, Sangeeta, Pooja, Monu, Ashu, Chandni, Sarita, Amrish, Karthik, Kanak, Sheeshpal and Praveen under section Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Religious Conversion Against Law Act 2021 – 3 and 5(1).
District convenor of Bajrang Dal, Ravi Chaudhary, who filed a case regarding this matter, says that Ravi Chaudhary said – Some people were converting people in Jadauda village. Our worker found out that all this was happening. We went there and saw that religious conversion was taking place and the number of these people was around 200.
Conversion of 200 people by luring
The main accused has been identified as Rashid. Through which it is also being told about building a church there. He was converting people by luring them. They were giving Rs 50,000 to someone, Rs 60,000 to someone in the name of getting treatment. Meaning, he was converting people only through greed. Strictest action should be taken in this case and the accused should go to jail. And this matter is being run from above. He should also go. Their names are written, I don’t remember them correctly.
So the SSP regarding this matter Muzaffarnagar Sanjay Kumar Verma told that see, an information was received that some people are doing some work by setting up tents in Jadauda village of Mansoorpur police station in Muzaffarnagar police station, which seems to be illegal. When the police reach there, it is seen that some people are being converted to Christianity by luring them. The names of 16 people have come to light in this. Arrests will be made soon and strict action is being ensured.
