An incident that shames humanity has come to light from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where a 7-year-old girl was raped. The girl was sleeping with her family in a temporary room built at a construction site. It is alleged that an unknown person reached there late at night, pressed the girl’s mouth and carried her on his shoulder and took her to a park located at some distance. There the accused raped the girl and ran away. After the incident, the girl reached her home crying and gave complete information to the family, after which the police was informed.
Actually, this incident is being reported from Neetikhand area of Indirapuram police station area. The girl’s father works as a guard at the construction site and the family lives in a temporary room there. It is alleged that the father was sleeping at some distance after duty, when the accused committed the incident.

The crime was committed by taking people to the park
According to the information, the accused took the girl to Swarnjayanti Park, located a few meters away, and after committing this heinous crime, he ran away. After the incident, the girl somehow reached her home and informed the family, after which the family is in shock. It was told that the girl’s family is originally from Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh and had come to Indirapuram area only about two months ago.
The girl is terrified after the incident and the family is in deep shock. As soon as the information was received, the local police reached the spot and started investigating the matter.
Police investigation and search for the accused continues
ACP Abhishek Srivastava said that a case has been registered on the complaint of the incident that took place on the night of 15/16. Police have registered a case under POCSO and other serious sections. The girl has been medically examined and CCTV footage of the area is being scrutinized.
An unknown person is seen taking the girl away in CCTV. Several police teams have been deployed to identify and arrest the accused and the investigation is ongoing.
