A new diplomatic turn has now emerged amid the ongoing tension between Iran and America. Iran, through Pakistan, has told America its “Red Lines” i.e. clear limits and conditions of talks. This message has been sent from Iran during the reverse visit of Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi to Islamabad.
According to Iran’s official Fars News Agency, this message was delivered to America in written form. In this, Iran’s position has been made clear especially on important issues like nuclear program and Hormuz Strait. The agency also clarified that this is not part of any formal talks, but only an initiative to clarify its position.

The report said that Araghchi was acting completely within the prescribed “red lines” and within his diplomatic rights. This means that Iran is in no mood to compromise on its core issues under any pressure. There is also an effort from Iran’s side to move the talks forward in different stages.
Iran’s conditions for continuing negotiations!
According to a US media report, Iran has told America that it is ready to open the Strait of Hormuz, but the nuclear issue will be discussed later. Yesterday, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian had also clarified that America will first have to remove the blockade from Iranian ports. Only after this can any further talks be possible.
Meanwhile, President Donald Trump also gave a big statement. He said that America will gain control over Iran’s “nuclear dust”. Recently, while taking the ceasefire forward, Trump had said that Iran will have to present such a proposal which will satisfy America. Now it remains to be seen what action he takes on Iran’s latest proposal.
Now Abbas Araghchi reached Moscow
After his visit to Islamabad, Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi has now reached Moscow. His ministry said he moved from capital to capital because mediators hoped peace talks between Tehran and the United States would continue. However, till the time of writing the news, no talks are taking place between America and Iran.
Abbas Araghchi also visited Muscat, Oman, between visits to the Pakistani capital, and is due to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow on Monday, according to the Iranian ambassador. However, there is no indication whether direct US-Iran talks will resume or not. Earlier on Saturday, US President Donald Trump met his negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.
