Police has got a big success in the Paratwada sex scandal case of Amravati district. Amravati Rural Police has detained the second accused Uzer Khan Iqbal Khan. There is a serious allegation against him of making obscene videos viral on social media. According to the police, the accused downloaded objectionable videos from the mobile phone of the main accused and later circulated them on social media, due to which they quickly went viral. At present, the police have taken him into custody and registered a case and the process of formal arrest has been started.
Giving information on the case, Amravati Rural Superintendent of Police Vishal Anand Singuri said that till now eight victims have been identified in this case. He said that the police is in touch with the victims and a special link has also been made available to lodge a complaint, so that any victim can come forward and express his views. Police have also indicated that the investigation is still going on and action can be taken against more accused in this case in the coming days.
