The biggest advantage of this technology is that two small sized tanks are provided in it. Which are installed in the lower part of the body instead of keeping them in the boot of the car. Due to this, the user does not have to compromise on boot space due to the CNG tank. Which is considered to be the biggest drawback of common CNG cars.

Engine and Performance
In Maruti Brezza, the company can continue with the existing engine option. It will have a 1.5 liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, which generates power of about 99 hp and torque of 137 Nm. Along with this, underbody tank will be provided in CNG variant, which will not affect the boot space. If reports are to be believed, this time hybrid technology can also be added to Brezza. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of getting a new 6-speed manual gearbox, which was not common in Maruti cars earlier.
After the launch, the new Brezza will compete directly with models like Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue and Mahindra XUV 3XO.
