There is big news for competitive students from Prayagraj. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission i.e. UPPSC has announced the dates of PCS-2025 main examination. This examination will be conducted from 29 March to 1 April 2026. Admit cards have also been issued by the Commission, which candidates can download from the official website of UPPSC. This time the main examination will be conducted in two cities, Prayagraj and Lucknow.
According to the Commission, the PCS-2025 main examination will be conducted in two sessions and a total of 27 examination centers have been created for this. 11,403 candidates from the entire state will appear in this examination. Preparations for the examination have been intensified at the administrative level, so that the examination can be conducted in a completely peaceful, fair and transparent manner.
If we talk city wise, then 4,757 candidates will take the exam at 12 centers in Prayagraj. Whereas in Lucknow, 6,646 candidates will appear at 15 centres. Co-centre administrators, external inspectors and associate inspectors have been deployed at all the centres. Also, the district administration has issued strict instructions to all concerned officials regarding security and examination arrangements.
DM Manish Kumar Verma has directed that all center administrators and static magistrates should meet on March 27 to ensure that the guidelines of the commission are followed. The first session of the exam will be from 9 am to 12 noon and the second session will be from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. In such a situation, candidates are being advised to reach the center well in time, keep the admit card and necessary documents with them and follow all the instructions of the Commission.
