‘Subedaar’ trailer launch event in Mumbai: Anil Kapoor said – There is no fan of mine at home, also took a jibe at being left out of ‘Dhamaal 4’




At the trailer launch event of the film Subedar held in Mumbai on Monday, Anil Kapoor shared his shooting experience and also joked that no one in his house is his fan. At the trailer launch event, Anil Kapoor told that when he was leaving home for the event, his wife Sunita Kapoor asked him where he was going. When he talked about the trailer launch, Sunita again asked which film and where the event was. He also said that even today before going for shooting he has to take pocket money of Rs 10 to 15 thousand from his wife. Come on, let’s do a film!’ I called Indra Kumar and jokingly said, ‘Kya Indu, you didn’t cast me in Dhamaal 4.’ Never mind, did Ajay Devgan refuse?’” What Anil Kapoor said on relationships with actresses During the trailer launch, Anil Kapoor was asked what kind of relationship he has with his old heroines now. To this he laughingly replied that nowadays no heroine is ready to work with him. He jokingly said that everyone now has to work with young actors. Even senior actresses are not ready to do films with him. At last he said in a light tone that you all should recommend him. Let us tell you that Anil Kapoor will be seen in the lead role in the film Subedar. Along with him, Radhika Madan, Mona Singh, Saurabh Shukla, Aditya Rawal, Faisal Malik and Khushboo Sundar are in important roles. The film will be released on Amazon Prime Video on March 5, 2026. The film is directed by Suresh Triveni. The story is based on the fight against illegal sand mining and corruption. Anil Kapoor is playing the role of retired army officer Subedar Arjun Maurya in the film. During the event, Anil Kapoor told that he shot intense scenes at different locations. The film is produced by Abundantia Entertainment, Opening Image Films and Anil Kapoor Film and Communication Network. The film will be available in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
