New Delhi: Congress’s Rahul Gandhi has said India’s foreign policy under Prime Minister Modi has become a “universal farce”, adding that the policy is “uncompromising” because “the prime minister has compromised”. “Our foreign policy is Modi’s personal foreign policy, and everyone thinks it is a public joke,” he said when asked about Pakistan being a mediator in the Iran war even if India had no role to play.
