New Delhi: Ahead of his visit to Israel this week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said that India deeply values the enduring friendship with Israel, built on trust, innovation and a shared commitment to peace and progress. Modi was responding to a post on Netanyahu’s X where he said the bond between Israel and India is a strong alliance between the two world leaders.Modi will visit Israel on February 25-26. Both sides will look to enhance their security partnership during the visit.
“I fully agree with you on the bond between India and Israel as well as the diversity of our bilateral relations. Looking forward to our discussions during my upcoming visit to Israel,” Modi said in his response.Netanyahu also said that India and Israel are partners in innovation, security and a shared strategic vision. “Together, we are creating an axis of countries committed to stability and progress,” he said.
