Kamakhya Narayan Singh, director of ‘The Kerala Story 2’, which was embroiled in controversies even before its release, has made serious allegations against famous filmmaker Anurag Kashyap in response to his sharp statement. This controversy has started especially over a scene in the film, in which it is shown in the trailer that a Muslim family is forcefully feeding beef to the actress. A few days ago, Anurag Kashyap, while reacting to this scene, had said that if no one feeds beef like this, then can no one force him to feed even Khichdi. He termed the film as complete nonsense and propaganda and also questioned the objectives of the film. Now in response to this comment, director Kamakhya Narayan Singh has posted a video on social media in which he has made a scathing attack on Anurag Kashyap. He said that Anurag has become mentally weak and he has complaints about everything. Be it the film industry, Brahmin community or Netflix. Kamakhya said, “Anurag Kashyap ji has now become mentally weak. They have problems with everything.” Kamakhya also said in her video that some innocent girls in the society are fed beef to convert them, and this is a serious crime. He also mentioned Anurag Kashyap’s film ‘The Girl in Yellow Boots’ and made sharp criticism on it. He said that Anurag had depicted a father-daughter relationship in an illegal manner in that film, which is difficult to even think in a civilized society. Singh said that Anurag’s films have been flopping for some time and he wants him to wise up. He also said that ‘The Kerala Story 2’ is based on facts and the trailer is getting good response from the audience. On the other hand, Anurag Kashyap, while talking to the media, had termed the film as nonsense and said that it could harm division and harmony. The controversy further escalated when many film personalities and political figures also gave their reactions to the film. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on February 27, 2026, but this controversy has already created a huge topic of debate around it.
