New Delhi: At least 10 people were killed and 25 injured in a collision between a bus and a pick-up van in Bihar’s Katihar.Katihar police said that the injured are being taken to the nearest government hospital.“Today, April 11, 2026, a fatal road accident took place between a bus and a pickup vehicle near Gerabari within the jurisdiction of Korha police station in Katihar district. 10 persons have lost their lives so far in this incident,” a Katihar police statement said.“Approximately 25 people injured in the accident are being shifted to nearby hospitals for advanced medical care after first aid,” it added.Superintendent of Police Shikhar Chowdhury said the accident took place on NH-31 in Korha block of Katihar.
