Actress Ayesha Khan recently told that she often receives sexual comments about her body on social media and she is also given rape threats almost every day.
In the summit of Mojo Story, Ayesha said that recently she had shared an experience related to the shooting of the song Shararat from the film Dhurandhar. She had told that she had shot that song during her periods. After this he was trolled a lot on social media. Ayesha said that she felt that being on her periods had suddenly become a national joke.
The actress said that people also comment about her clothes on social media. She said, “I face sexual comments about my body almost every day on Instagram. If I wear a normal top, people have a problem. Even if I wear a skirt, people have a problem. I have to think before posting anything.”
He said that sometimes such things disturb him emotionally. According to him, if someone has to think before wearing clothes or posting a photo, just because people will look at it in a sexual manner, then it is a sad situation.
Ayesha Khan appeared in the song ‘Shararat’ from the film ‘Dhurandhar’, for which she received a lot of appreciation.

Ayesha said that some days she ignores these things, but sometimes such comments bother her more, especially when people talk about violence.
He said, “When people write that if they had power they could do anything, it is scary. Because these are real people who live all around us.”

During the summit, Ayesha was asked whether she receives rape threats online? To this she said, “Yes, almost every day. I can open my phone now and show it. It has become very normal now.”
He said that questions of trolling are often raised in interviews and social media, but not much action is taken on it. According to him, this is not a new problem. This has been going on for a long time.
Ayesha also said that this problem is not only with her. Almost every woman living in public life has to face such trolling and threats.
Actress told- there was an attempt to rape her
Ayesha also mentioned a personal incident from her life. She told that there had been an attempt to rape her once.
She said, “I have talked about it in an interview before. I don’t want to go into this topic too much. There are some days when this incident comes back to mind and troubles the mind.”
Ayesha Khan is an actress, model and social media influencer, who gained recognition from the reality show ‘Bigg Boss 17’.
Ayesha said that she also fears that online threats may become reality in real life. She said that even when a woman is traveling or working on a film set, she remembers that people making such comments may actually be present nearby.
Ayesha also mentioned an incident that happened during the shooting. She told that she was shooting for a film and her father was also present on the set that day. At the same time he opened Instagram. There he saw a message which he had been receiving for a long time. There were voice notes in it also. Later they came to know that the message was from a spot boy working on the set.
He immediately informed his father and the production team. After this, action was taken against that person.
Ayesha said that this incident made her realize that online trolling and threats can sometimes be too close to real life. He said that if a person is in public life and his social media account is public, then he is always in the public eye. In such a situation, the risk of trolling and wrong comments also increases.
