Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan is once again in the news for his passion for his work. For the first song of his upcoming film ‘Ek Din’, he traveled to singer Arijit Singh’s hometown Murshidabad. The special thing is that Aamir stayed there for four days and himself became a part of the recording process of the song. Recently, ‘Aamir Khan Productions’ has released a special video, which shows behind-the-scenes (BTS) moments of Murshidabad. In the video, Aamir and Arijit are seen working closely on every note and emotion of the song. The title track of the film ‘Ek Din’ in Arijit’s emotional voice is said to be soul touching. Recently there was a lot of speculation regarding Arijit Singh’s retirement. In such a situation, Aamir meeting him and making a personal request for the film became a topic of discussion. Aamir also thanked Arijit by sharing the poster on social media for lending his voice for ‘Ek Din’. Aamir’s son Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi are in lead roles in the film. Through ‘Ek Din’, Aamir has reunited with filmmaker Mansoor Khan after a long time. Before this, both of them have given memorable films like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar, Akele Hum Akele Tum and Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na. The film is directed by Sunil Pandey, while the production is handled by Aamir Khan, Mansoor Khan and Aparna Purohit. ‘Ek Din’ will release in theaters on May 1, 2026.
