Sarpanch Harvinder Sandhu was murdered during a wedding ceremony in Punjab’s Tarn Taran district on Wednesday. Unidentified armed assailants opened fire and killed the Sarpanch. The police is thoroughly investigating the matter and is trying to arrest the culprits soon.
