This incident happened near Bengali Colony turn, which was captured on camera by someone. The deceased has been identified as Mohammad Raees who was a resident of Bakshi Maidan. The daughter of the deceased has accused her brother of this murder. This murder was committed at a time when the government is being severely criticized on law and order in the budget session of the RJD Assembly.
