A new twist has emerged in the murder case of mother Neeraj Sharma in Jaipur. Now her maternal uncle Rakesh Sharma has made serious allegations against Ayushi, a final year LLB student arrested in this case. Rakesh Sharma claims that in April 2025, Ayushi along with cousin Balram had also killed his father Vijay Sharma. Police say that these allegations will be investigated on the basis of the complaint given by the family members.
Rakesh Sharma told that Vijay Sharma was ill for a long time. He alleges that Aayushi was not allowing him to be treated properly. During the same time, cousin brother Balram was also staying at Vijay Sharma’s house. According to the family, after treatment, Vijay Sharma’s health had improved and he had returned home.
The maternal uncle alleges that after this Ayushi told the family that she had come after talking to a doctor and it was necessary to take her father to another hospital to make him completely healthy. After this Ayushi and Balram took Vijay Sharma with them. Rakesh Sharma alleges that for about three months the family was not told where Vijay Sharma was. When Neeraj Sharma kept asking, he was told that Vijay Sharma is admitted in NIMS Hospital located on Delhi Road.
New twist in mother’s murder case
Rakesh Sharma also said that Neeraj Sharma could not go to see her ailing husband. Later one day Aayushi’s message came that Vijay Sharma is admitted in the ICU of Nivik Hospital. When the family reached the hospital, the doctors told that about 90 percent of Vijay Sharma’s body parts were affected. After this Ayushi brought him home, where he died.
The family alleges that after Vijay Sharma’s death, Ayushi and Balram took his body to the village and performed the last rites. Uncle says that immediately after father’s death, Ayushi asked him to apply for compassionate appointment in his place. Apart from this, he also talked about transferring the family property to his name. Rakesh Sharma alleges that Balram used to advise him in all these matters.
Rakesh Sharma told that Vijay Sharma Rajasthan Was Court Master in High Court. He got both Ayushi and Balram to study LLB so that both of them could become lawyers. Rakesh Sharma himself has been working as LDC in Rajasthan High Court. During police interrogation, Ayushi told that her mother’s entire attention was on her special child brother. She felt alone in the family. He also told that his grandmother, uncle and cousin Balram were closer to him. She also said that there were frequent disputes with her mother and later on the insistence of Balram, she had gone to live in her father’s other house.
During interrogation, Ayushi also reportedly said that she used to get angry after seeing her mother because she loved her brother more. He alleged that maternal uncle and maternal grandfather used to interfere a lot in the family matters. However, she also said that she loves her younger brother very much. According to the police, during interrogation, Ayushi told that there used to be discussions between her and Balram about the plan to murder her mother.
Hemant Sharma, arrested in this case, told the police that he did not want to kill Neeraj Sharma. He claims that two days before the incident, Ayushi and Balram continuously put pressure on him and said that Rs 7 lakh had been given and all the preparations had been completed. Rakesh Sharma also alleged that during a dispute with her mother, Ayushi had once told Neeraj Sharma that when she killed her father by taking out his food pipe, then what are you, I will kill you too in two days. Uncle claims that after this alleged threat, Neeraj Sharma had written on his WhatsApp status that he had only two days left in his life.
Interrogation will be done with the help of psychologists
DCP Ranjita Sharma said that search is on for absconding Balram. He said that the complaint given by the family members of Neeraj Sharma will be investigated. The investigation so far has revealed that property and hatred towards the mother were the reasons behind the mother’s murder. Police say that Ayushi, a final year LLB student, has a very strong mental condition and has legal knowledge. He will be interrogated with the help of psychologists. According to the police, Ayushi describes her childhood as bad, but when she is asked in detail why it was so, she remains silent about it.
