Be careful while eating street food

Additionally, many street food ready-to-eat items are stored in the open or at room temperature for long periods of time, making them prone to bacteria growth due to increased moisture, favorable temperatures and prolonged exposure. Green leafy vegetables are a good source of nutrition, so there is no need to abandon them. Remove damaged, withered, rotten or insect infested leaves. Consume the remaining leaves only after washing them thoroughly with running water and cooking them thoroughly. In this season, keep in mind to drink only boiled, filtered water.
