As the investigation into the alleged theft of Ram Temple offerings is progressing, new layers of this entire game are being revealed. Now police investigation has revealed a deserted hideout, which was the meeting point of the theft accused. This was the place where the accused used to reach after withdrawing the offering money from the temple. According to police sources, this place Ayodhya-There is a deserted area of 14 Kosi Parikrama Road on the side of Lucknow Highway. At first glance it looks like a normal truck repair place. But investigation revealed that allegedly the most important meeting of the entire game was held here.

The accused did not go straight to their homes after the theft. Earlier they used to reach this deserted place. Avinash Shukla, Luvkush Mishra, Anukalp Mishra, Ramashankar Yadav alias Tinnu and other accused used to gather here. In later days, Tinnu’s nephew also reportedly started becoming a part of these meetings.
It was here that the stolen money was withdrawn, accounted for and then everyone’s share was decided. During police interrogation, main accused Avinash Shukla reportedly told that most of the money was distributed equally. However, sometimes some people also got more share. Tinnu had dominance in the entire network and his opinion was considered the most.
Why did the police reach this place?
During the 13-hour police custody remand on Saturday, Ayodhya Police was not taking Avinash Shukla just for questioning. The police were piecing together the entire story that had emerged during interrogation. First of all the police took him to Shyam Sadhna Yoga Center located in Kaushalpuri. Some documents and other evidence were searched there.
After this the police convoy directly reached the same deserted area of 14 Kosi Parikrama Marg. The police allegedly made Avinash identify the place where the meeting of the accused used to take place after the theft. The investigating officer wanted to understand how the accused reached there, how long they stayed and how the money was distributed.
Another information revealed during interrogation is considered important for the investigating agencies. According to sources, Avinash told during interrogation that there was less fear of being caught by the gang. The reason was that he was confident that CCTV footage would not be able to become evidence against him. Investigation has revealed that Ramashankar Yadav alias Tinnu allegedly used to tell the other accused – Nothing will happen… CCTV footage will be deleted.
According to sources, the accused reached the control room several times and tampered with the CCTV system. The footage was also deleted on one or two occasions. However, the police say that many important footage necessary for the investigation have been found safe and they are now becoming the strongest link in the entire case.
What did you buy with the stolen money?
During interrogation, Avinash Shukla also told that the stolen money was not only spent, but properties were also created from it. According to the police, a Brezza car was purchased with this money. He bought the car in his brother’s name because he is a teacher and he felt that it would not raise any suspicion. The matter of constructing a house in the village and giving huge amount to his brother has also come to light during interrogation. This car was also recovered at the behest of the accused during police remand.

According to sources, during the interrogation, the police showed CCTV footage of about 45 days to Avinash. Seeing himself allegedly committing theft in the footage, he could not deny it for long and he confessed to the theft.
After interrogating Avinash, the police is now reaching out to the remaining accused. After getting permission from the court, the investigating officer will go to the jail and interrogate Anukalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Ramashankar Yadav alias Tinnu, Karunesh Pandey and Manish Yadav.
At present the police is connecting the links one by one. From the Yoga Center to the Brezza car, from CCTV to that isolated spot on 14 Kosi Parikrama Marg…every place has now become a part of the story of this investigation. And as the investigation is progressing, new layers of this alleged offering theft scandal are coming to light.
