The wait for lakhs of candidates waiting for the admit card of Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2026 is now over. Candidates appearing in the examination can download it by visiting the official website. For this, the examination will be conducted between 2nd to 4th July for which tight security arrangements have been made.
How to download admit card?
- To download the admit card for the examination, first go to the official website upessc.up.gov.in.
- By going there you can download the admit card with the help of your mobile number or registration number.
- Along with this, name or father’s name, date of birth and security code will have to be entered.
- At the same time, if a candidate has applied for both Paper-1 and Paper-2, then he will have to download separate admit cards for both the examinations.
Pay attention to these information
After downloading the admit card, candidates should carefully check their name, photograph, date of examination, reporting time, address of examination center and other personal information. If any mistake is found in it, then immediately contact the concerned authorities.
Exam will be offline
The examination is being conducted in offline mode from 2nd to 4th July. That means students will give the exam on OMR sheet. Paper-2, to be held for classes 6 to 8, will be conducted in two shifts on July 2. The first shift will be from 9.30 am to 12 noon. Whereas, the second shift will be from 2.30 pm to 5 pm. Another examination of the same paper will be conducted on 3rd July. Paper-1 for classes 1 to 5 will be conducted on July 3 in the afternoon shift and on July 4 in the morning shift. In each paper, 150 multiple choice (MCQ) questions will be asked, which will be of 150 marks. The special thing is that there will be no negative marking in this exam.
