According to the report, on June 16, Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) approved the construction of a six-storey sea-facing residential building in Bandra’s Chimbai area.

Later the owners changed several times and in 2011 the Khan family bought it. The old building was demolished because it was dilapidated.

Now ground, stilt and six-storey residential building will be built on this plot. This construction will be done under Regulation 33(16) of Development Control and Promotion Regulations 2034. According to the documents, 1.459 FSI will be used in the project. BMC had issued IOD (permission) on October 28, 2025.

According to the report, this project will be built by Sach Developers. The total construction area will be 1,014.11 square meters. A 6.01 meter wide access road will also be built from the municipal road to the building.

It is also written in the documents that no new tree will be cut for construction nor will any tree be planted at any other place. Instead, native trees will be planted around the project site and recreation areas.

Sach Developers is a real estate group based in Mumbai, building luxury and modern residential properties since 1965.
