‘दूसरे धर्म में शादी मत करना’, प्यार में नहीं सुनी पिता दारा सिंह की चेतावनी, तलाक पर विंदु को हुआ पछतावा! – vindu dara singh reveals dara singh warning before interfaith marriage with farah naaz regrest after divorce tmova
Vindu Dara Singh, son of veteran actor and wrestler Dara Singh, has said a big thing about his first marriage. Vindu told that when he had decided to marry actress Farah Naz, his father Dara Singh had already warned him that interfaith marriage is not easy.
Although at that time Vindu felt that there would never be any problem in their relationship, but today looking back he feels that his father’s words proved to be true to a great extent.
When father gave advice
In an interview given to ‘Kadak’, Vindu told that his father always respected all religions and was never against any religion. Vindu said- It was always taught in our house that Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians – all are brothers. My father always used to say this. But when he expressed his desire to marry Farah Naz, Dara Singh tried to convince him.
Vindu told- Papa had told me- Vindu, Hindu-Muslim marriages are very difficult. In the end things go wrong. However, Vindu, who was in love at that time, was sure that nothing like this would happen to him.
He said- I told father that nothing wrong would happen. But he again said that the decision should be taken thoughtfully, because in the end these things become difficult.
No regrets because of my son
Talking about the breakdown of his marriage, Vindu clearly said that he has no regrets about his decision, because from this relationship he got his son Fateh. He said- I have no regrets because I have Fateh. He is a wonderful son and I love him more than my life. But what Papa was saying was true to a great extent.
Did religion become the reason for rift in relationship?
When Vindu was asked whether religion became a major reason for the breakup of their relationship, he replied without hesitation – Absolutely… absolutely. However, he also said that religion was never an issue between them in the initial days of their marriage. According to Vindu- There was never any problem between us regarding religion. But later suddenly Farah became very religious.
He said that when a relationship starts in a different way and later things suddenly start changing, then many problems arise. Vindu also shared a big lesson from this entire experience. He said that children often ignore the advice of their parents, but later realize how much experience is hidden in their words.
He said- Parents give us advice, but we wonder what they know. Whereas the truth is that they have more experience than us. When they stop or warn about something, many times it is a sign from God.
Dara Singh kept giving the message of unity till the last moment
Interestingly, Dara Singh, who warned against interfaith marriage, himself had a deep belief in religious unity. Vindu told that before his death, Dara Singh had written a poem, in which he had called Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians all one.
Vindu said- Papa always used to say that the paths may be different, but the destination is the same for all. Concluding the talk, Vindu said that he had learned from his father that people should not be divided on the basis of religion.
He said- We are all one. As Modi ji says – Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas. We should never try to divide. We were one, are one and will remain one.
Let us tell you that Vindu Dara Singh and Farah Naz got married in the year 1996. Later both separated. He has a son Fateh Randhawa from this relationship. Even though the marriage did not last long, Vindu still considers himself lucky for this relationship and his son.
