There is a new twist in the Bharat Tiwari encounter case after eight days. Bhojpur SP Mr. Raj himself reached Bharat Tiwari’s house and met the family members. He assured the family of a fair investigation and security, but the family said they would not be satisfied until they got justice.
Bihar K Bharat Tiwari encounter case is in the headlines. On the eighth day after the incident, Bhojpur Superintendent of Police Mr. Raj himself went to Bharat Tiwari’s house. There he met the family of deceased Bharat Tiwari and understood the whole thing from them.
During this meeting, SDPO-2 of Ara Sadar Ranjit Singh and DSP Pankaj Mishra were also present along with the SP. Some other senior police officers also came along.
When the SP met the family, the family expressed their pain and many questions before him. Bharat’s brother Chandan Tiwari directly asked the SP that when Bharat had thrown the pistol, then why was he shot.
On this question, the SP said that every aspect of this entire matter will be investigated impartially. But Chandan Tiwari clearly said that even after giving assurance from SP, the family is still not satisfied. Their only demand is that whoever is guilty of Bharat’s death should be punished and the family should get justice.
Bharat Tiwari’s mother Asha Devi also spoke to the SP. He said that this matter should be investigated by CBI and the family should also be given security. On this, the SP assured Asha Devi that the investigation will be conducted in a fair manner and the safety of the entire family will also be taken care of. Asha Devi said that she has faith in the SP that he will investigate properly and action will be taken against those who are guilty.
Bharat Tiwari’s elder sister-in-law also expressed her views in this meeting. He told that the SP has promised to take full responsibility for the security of the family. He is hopeful that the investigation will move in the right direction under the leadership of the SP.
When the media wanted to ask questions to the SP about this meeting and investigation, he did not give any answer in front of the camera and left from there without saying anything.
