Season According to the department, conditions remain favorable for the advance of South-West Monsoon into some more parts of Telangana, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and Chhattisgarh during the next 4 to 5 days. This means that the scope of monsoon may expand further rapidly in the coming days.

The Meteorological Department has also expressed the possibility of a new western disturbance reaching North-West India from June 18, which may further affect the weather condition in the coming days.
