In Hapur, UP, carelessness took the life of a young man. A 7 feet deep pit was dug there for the construction of a culvert. But no barricading was done for security. A young man riding a bike fell into the same pit. Due to which he died. The PWD contractor had dug this pit. Local people allege that this is not an accident but the result of gross negligence on the part of the responsible officials of the construction agency and PWD.
