In Uttar Pradesh, a nurse posted at Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College in Thana Medical area of Meerut was murdered. An attempt was also made to portray the murder as suicide. A woman ran away leaving the deceased nurse on the pretext of medical emergency. The police have detained two women in this case, who are being interrogated. A case of murder has been registered on the complaint of the family. The main accused youth is said to be absconding.
Absconded leaving the nurse in emergency
Actually, Anjali Sharma, resident of Jagrut Vihar Sector 3 of the police station medical area, was posted as a nurse in Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College. It is being told that she had left home for duty in the morning and did not reach work. Around 1:00 pm, a woman brought him in an e-rickshaw and left him in the emergency room and ran away. When her colleagues saw Anjali in an unconscious state, they recognized her and immediately took her inside, where the doctors declared her dead.
Mother and daughter arrested within a few hours
Information was given to the police. Police arrived and checked all the CCTVs installed in the medical college. When the nurse’s family members were informed about the incident, the family members also reached there. The woman seen in the CCTV camera was searched. Within a few hours the police took him and his mother into custody. The woman’s name is said to be Sajida. The name of Sajida’s brother Sufiyan has also come up in this case. But he has not been caught by the police.
Initial investigation has revealed that Sufiyan was in contact with Anjali Sharma. Sufiyan had trapped Anjali Sharma in a love trap and was pressurizing her to convert her religion and get married. But Anjali was not ready for this. It is suspected that Anjali was strangled to death and then left outside the medical emergency to make it look like suicide.
Sufian wanted to change Anjali’s religion
It is being told that Anjali got married in 2018 and she also has a 4 year old son. But after marriage, disputes started between Anjali and her husband Sunny. Due to this, Anjali returned to her home and while staying at her home, she was working as a nurse in the medical college. It was here that Anjali met Sufiyan.
It is being told that Sufiana was forcibly pressurizing Anjali Sharma to marry her. Due to this dispute, Sufiyan, along with his sister Sajida, strangled Anjali to death in Lohia Nagar area. After the murder, Sajida loaded Anjali in an e-rickshaw and reached the medical college and ran away leaving her there. Although the police have detained two women, no official statement has come out in this matter yet.
