For the dough: Take 2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup gram flour, salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder, chaat masala, celery and garam masala. Apart from this, take grated ginger, finely chopped green coriander and pure ghee for moyan.
For stuffing: Take 1 cup (grated) ghee, 1 small cup finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilli, ginger, green coriander, chaat masala and garam masala.

Prepare the dough: First of all, sift wheat flour and gram flour in a big vessel. Now add salt, celery, turmeric, red chilli and other dry spices to it.
Then add grated ginger, coriander leaves and a little ghee and mix well. With the help of water, knead a soft dough and leave it covered for 10-15 minutes.
