Apart from this, strong winds along with thunderstorms can occur at a speed of up to 70 km per hour in the Ganga plains of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha.
Light rain in Delhi
There will be severe heat again in Delhi on Monday. The maximum temperature is expected to be between 43 to 45 degrees Celsius and heatwave conditions may persist in some areas.
The sky will be partly cloudy throughout the day, there may be a possibility of light rain with thunderstorms by afternoon or evening. The minimum temperature on Monday will be between 26 to 28 degrees Celsius, which is much higher than normal.
