Bollywood star Rajkumar Rao and his co-star Sanya Malhotra reached Ambience Mall in Gurugram city late on Sunday evening. He spent a lot of time with fans and had an interesting discussion about the upcoming film Toaster. Rajkummar Rao is a native of Gurugram and an old school friend asked him, “Brother, remember the Blue Bells days.” Rajkummar Rao replied with a smile, “Yes man, I remember everything. He told that the film ‘Toaster’ is a dark comedy, in which Rajkumar Rao plays the role of miser Ramkant. The story begins with a simple toaster gift, which gradually escalates to murder and mayhem. Toaster costar Sanya Malhotra plays his wife, which will be released on April 5. Many veteran actors including Archana Puran Singh, Abhishek Banerjee, Farah Khan are also included in the film. The film is the first production of Rajkumar Rao and his wife Patralekha’s production house Kampa Films. It is scheduled to release on Netflix on April 15, 2026.
