In fact, on Thursday, April 9, about 130 devotees were taken to Vrindavan Yatra in two buses by Shri Banke Bihari Club of Jagraon. Of these, about 90 devotees were from Jagraon, while the rest had joined from other cities. They were on a four-day religious journey and had come to visit Banke Bihari, but seven people of the same family died when their boat capsized in Vrindavan.

The deceased included Jagraon resident Madhur Bahl, his mother Kavita Bahl, uncle Charanjit, Charanjit’s wife Pinky Bahl, Madhur’s aunt Asha Rani, second aunt. Ludhiana The names of resident Anju Gulati and uncle Rakesh Gulati have emerged. However, relatives present at Rakesh Gulati’s house in Ludhiana said that the situation will be clear only after getting the complete list.

He said that as soon as he got information about the accident, he reached the spot and is taking information about the entire matter. Let us tell you that a boat filled with tourists collided with a pontoon bridge in Yamuna river near Keshi Ghat in Vrindavan and overturned. More than 30 people were on board the boat which fell into the river, out of which 10 died, while 22 were rescued.
