According to the police, the deceased has been identified as Lalit Kumar Verma. At around 12 noon on Wednesday, during a dispute inside the house, he was attacked with sticks, in which Lalit was seriously injured. He died on the spot due to deep head injury.

On Wednesday morning too, there was an altercation between the husband and wife, which gradually escalated into violence. According to preliminary information, during the dispute, the wife and her 12 year old son Abhay Verma together attacked him with sticks.

Lalit got married about 15 years ago. Apart from his wife, he also has a 12-year-old son Abhay and a 4-year-old daughter Misty in his family. After the incident, a huge crowd gathered in the village and an atmosphere of panic was created among the people.
