After not receiving the outstanding amount for a long time, the businessman reached the village with 7-8 of his companions.

The businessman was talking about taking mustard seeds in exchange for the outstanding amount. During this time, he also kept a toy-like fake pistol with him to create pressure on the opposite party. The dispute escalated so much that the businessman allegedly made a gesture resembling air fire from a pistol. This enraged the villagers and they caught hold of the businessman and his companion and started beating them. During this, both of them were beaten with sticks and rods. The villagers snatched the fake pistol from the businessman and broke it on the spot.

During this time a crowd of people gathered nearby. Someone made a video of the entire incident, which is now going viral on social media. It can be seen in the video that after being beaten, the businessman is lying on the ground and the villagers are interrogating him.

The villagers handed over the broken fake pistol and mobile phones snatched from the businessman and his associates to the police. The police first took the injured businessman and his companion to Aligarh CHC for treatment, from where when their condition became serious, they were referred to the district headquarters.

In this case, Police Officer Rajkumar Chaudhary said that the pistol found with the businessman was a toy one. He said that the businessman had gone to the village to collect the dues and it came to light that he had taken mustard seeds. During this time the dispute escalated and a fight broke out.
