Writer Santosh Kumar claims to write Dhurandhar 2 movie, said he wrote it back in 2023

South films writer, director and producer Santosh Kumar has recently claimed to have written the script of Dhurandhar 2. He says that he had written this script in 2023, which has now been made under the name of Dhurandhar 2. He has also claimed that he has many evidences related to this, however till now he has neither presented the evidence nor lodged any complaint against the makers.
Writer Santosh Kumar has held a press conference and made allegations of stealing the script of Dhurandhar 2. Talking to the media, he said, ‘You all must have seen that the film is doing very well. After watching this movie I came to know that this is my script. This is my story. I did it very hard. In 2023, I came here and narrated the story to many companies. I was told that if you want a big actor, bring a big corporate company. I went to Sony, went to Zee, went to T-Series, went to Dharma Productions.

He further said, ‘I wanted Aditya Roy Kapur for the script of this film. I tried so hard. I sent the script to many directors. I was part of the Screenwriters Association, I have registered the script there also, in November 2023. I have all the evidence. I have pictures, scripts, sketches. I am filing a case against this film. The film is good, but they have misused my work. The film was cinema entertainment, but they made it political propaganda.
Dainik Bhaskar tried to know the stand of the makers of Dhurandhar 2 on these claims, but till the time of writing the news, no response has been received from the team.
While talking to the media, Santosh Kumar has also said that like him, many writers come from the South, but they do not get work here and then their creativity is misused.
