Iran’s exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi has called for the overthrow of the Iranian regime during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) conference in Dallas, USA on Sunday. Recalling the sacrifices of the Iranian people, he presented to the world a roadmap for the end of the ‘Islamic Republic’ and the re-establishment of an independent, democratic and prosperous Iran. He praised President Donald Trump’s strategies and US military operations ‘Midnight Hammer’ and ‘Epic Fury’, which resulted in the killing of Khamenei and the destruction of nuclear sites. Pahlavi made it clear that he is ready to lead Iran towards democracy and his goal is to make Iran a strategic partner of America.
Raza Shah Pahlavi started his speech by remembering the martyrs of the country. He said, ‘Today I begin in memory of my comrades who fought, bled and died not only for their freedom, but also to liberate Iran from this evil and corrupt regime. They are also fighting for the freedom, peace and security of the world.
Reza Pahlavi envisioned an Iran that exported freedom instead of terrorism. He said that an independent Iran is the biggest untapped economic opportunity of the 21st century. With an educated and entrepreneurial population of 93 million, the US-Iran strategic partnership could generate revenues of more than $1 trillion for the US economy over the next decade.
He presented the vision of converting the ‘Abraham Accords’ into ‘Cyrus Accords’, so that peace could be established between Israel and Iran.
In his speech, Pahlavi mentioned the large-scale protests of January 2026. He said that he called on people to take to the streets against the regime, on which lakhs of people came out across 31 provinces. But the regime shut down the internet and killed more than 40,000 Iranians, injuring more than 3 lakh. The injured were shot in hospitals, raped in jails and even the doctors and nurses who helped were killed. Even today many mothers are searching for their sons. The regime has pushed Iran into the dark ages of the 21st century.
‘There is no scope for improvement in governance’
He said that the governance has now become digitally weak and despite the internet being shut for 29 days, the morale of the people has not broken. Now there is a sea of blood between the public and the government, which is impossible to cross. Rejecting the scope for any kind of reform within the regime, Pahlavi said that poison is in the DNA of a snake. He described IRGC as an ideological terrorist organization rather than a national army.
According to him, no faction of the regime can be a true peace partner. He supported Trump’s statement that he does not want to deal with this threat every two years, so now the only option is to end this regime from its roots.
Iran Prosperity Project
Pahlavi unveiled the ‘Iran Prosperity Project’ (IPP), promising not to repeat Iraq’s mistakes. The plan outlines the first 100 days after the collapse of the regime and a blueprint for long-term reconstruction.
He claimed that thousands of military officers and bureaucrats have joined him through his digital platform. Pahlavi assured that there will be no disintegration of institutions, but an orderly and peaceful transfer of power will be ensured.

He appealed to the American public and administration not to give any ‘lifeline’ to this falling regime. Pahlavi pledged that just as President Trump is making America great again, he, along with his brave countrymen, will make Iran great again.
