According to Natasha Taylor, an engineer associated with tech company Dyson, the bedroom is often a closed space where fine dust particles, allergy-causing particles and gases can accumulate during the night. Research has found that particulate matter present in the air can affect sleep patterns. This can lead to less deep sleep, frequent awakenings during the night, and difficulty breathing.

He says that in many cases the reason for this is not just bad sleeping habits. The air in the room can also be a big reason. At night, when the level of carbon dioxide in the room increases, breathing can become a little difficult. Due to this, sleep is interrupted again and again.
Tech companies are also now doing research on sleep
Companies working on air purification technology are also now doing research on this issue. According to Dyson, it is important to keep the air in the bedroom clean because during the night we keep breathing the same air.
