12 अगस्त को लगेगा 2026 का लंबी अवधि वाला सूर्यग्रहण



The second solar eclipse of the year 2026 will take place on August 12, which will fall on the day of Hariyali Amavasya. Because of this the religious and spiritual importance of this day increases. The eclipse will start at 9:04 pm and end at 4:25 am on August 13. This is the second such solar eclipse of the century which will be visible for a very long period. However, this eclipse will not be visible from India, hence its Sutak period will not be applicable in India. Due to this eclipse, that area may see special effects and rituals as per religious beliefs which need to be kept in mind.
