A domestic dispute turned into a horrifying incident in Vadodara city of Gujarat. A husband attacked and killed his wife with a knife in Narayan Avenue of Bakrawadi area.
According to the information, there was tension between the accused husband Bunty and his wife for some time due to mutual suspicion. It is being told that the husband suspected that his wife was having an affair with another person. For this reason, he had also installed CCTV cameras in the house to keep an eye on his wife.
There was a minor fight between the two on Saturday night which suddenly turned violent. In anger, the husband stabbed his wife several times with a knife kept in the house. Due to serious injuries, the woman fell on the ground and died on the spot.
As soon as information about the incident was received, senior officers of Vadodara Police reached the spot. Police sent the body for post-mortem and started investigation at the spot.
Within a few hours the police arrested the absconding accused husband Bunty. According to police officials, the deceased has been identified as Ritaben Solanki.
It has also come to light in this incident that the deceased has two sons, one of whom is 13 years old and the other is about two and a half years old. At present, the police is investigating further in this matter and efforts are being made to find out whether there was any other reason behind the murder.
