उन्नाव में लखनऊ-आगरा एक्सप्रेसवे पर डबल डेकर बस पलटी, 10 से 12 यात्री घायल – unnao lucknow agra expressway double decker bus accident passengers injured NTC AGKP
A horrific road accident took place on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway in Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh. A double decker bus of Bihar number which was going from Lucknow towards Agra suddenly went out of control and overturned on the expressway.
It is being told that the bus carrying passengers was overtaking at high speed. During this time, control of the vehicle was lost and the bus overturned. At the time of the accident, there was chaos among the passengers in the bus and sounds of screaming were heard. The situation was very serious.
Seeing this scene, road travelers passing by stopped their vehicles and reached the spot and immediately informed the police. Passersby helped rescue the stranded passengers by breaking the glass of the bus. The police team also reached the spot and together rescued the injured.
About 10 to 12 passengers have been injured in this accident, who have been admitted to the nearby CHC Auras Hospital for first aid. Other passengers were safely transported to their destination through another bus.

With the help of a crane, the police removed the overturned bus from the side of the expressway and made the traffic smooth again. Due to the accident, traffic was disrupted for some time but now the situation is under control. The investigation of the accident is still going on.
This accident has raised questions on the safety of passengers and demands are being raised from the administration to strictly follow the traffic rules.
