घर में है PNG कनेक्शन तो नहीं मिलेगा LPG सिलेंडर… गैस सकंट के बीच सरकार का बड़ा फैसला – png connection lpg cylinder surrender rule petroleum ministry domestic gas order NTC AGKP

Due to the ongoing tension in the Middle East, there is a danger of energy crisis all over the world. In India too, raids have been intensified in every city to stop black marketing and illegal storage of gas cylinders. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has taken a big decision.

The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has issued a new and important order regarding domestic gas connections. According to this order, people who have piped natural gas (PNG) connection in their homes will no longer be able to have a simultaneous domestic LPG connection. This means that such consumers will have to surrender their LPG cylinder connections immediately.

The ministry has clarified that those who have PNG connections will not be able to get refill of LPG cylinders from government oil companies or their distributors. This step has been taken with the aim of making the domestic gas management and distribution system better organized and effective.

The government believes that keeping both PNG and LPG connections together leads to inequality in gas supply, abuses and unnecessary dual use of resources. Therefore, through this restriction, consumers are being forced to arrange gas from a single source, thereby ensuring transparency and savings in supply.

This order is especially for those consumers who already have PNG connection in their homes. For their convenience, the Ministry has said that they should surrender their domestic LPG connections as soon as possible, otherwise the supply of LPG cylinders to them will be stopped.
