Haryana Boxer Simran Jaglan Gets Big Break With Badshahs Titteri Song

Bollywood rapper-singer Badshah has launched Haryanvi folk song ‘Tattiri’. Kaithal resident Simran Jaglan has given her voice in this song. Simran is the daughter of Haryanvi singer Karambir Fauji, who sang the famous Haryanvi song ‘Paani Aali Paani Pyade’.

Simran is also a boxer and has been a state champion. Following her father’s footsteps, she is also singing. Badshah’s attention was drawn to the song ‘Tatiri’ composed three years ago, after which he released its remix version on March 1. More than 2 million people have listened to this song on YouTube so far.
The song has been shot in Jind’s Sacha Kheda, Narwana and Dubai. On February 26, Badshah had reached Kaithal and Sonipat in Haryana for the promotion of this song. Now on March 14, Simran will do a show with Badshah in Mumbai.

20 year old Simran Jaglan is a resident of Patti Afghan village in Kaithal district. His father Karambir Fauji is also a Haryanvi singer. Simran is the third among four daughters. Simran is a BA final year student at RKSD College, Kaithal. She practices boxing with coach Gurmeet in Kaithal itself. She has also been a state and national champion.

Simran told that when I got a chance to sing with Badshah, at first I could not believe it. I thought maybe it was a prank call or a promotion call. Later, when it was confirmed, the family’s happiness knew no bounds. Badshah liked her voice singing in traditional style. That’s why I got a chance in ‘Tatiri’.

Simran told that about three years ago I had sung the song ‘Tatiri’ in my father’s company. Badshah liked the same song and he remixed it and gave it a modern twist. Now in 2026 this song has been released in a new form. I have sung about 300 folk songs so far. I sing folk songs and bhajans. I started the singing line with my father.

Simran said that I am a boxer. Singing started with the inspiration of father. Whenever my father asked me to sing, I never refused. I say that if we are singing cleanly and working hard, we will definitely get results one day. I give all the credit for my success to my father.

Simran’s father Karambir Fauji told that the children of the family play boxing. Simran has played national in Khelo India. Eldest daughter Sheetal has also won a medal in Khelo India University. Shivani Jaglan, younger than Sheetal, has won the gold medal in national boxing.
