‘ट्रंप हवा-हवाई बातें नहीं करते, ईरान पर हमला इसका सबूत’, व्हाइट हाउस का बड़ा बयान – trump iran strikes white house says warning not bluff operation epic fury
White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt said that President Donald Trump’s military strikes on Iran prove that when the American President gives a warning, he also implements it. “When President Trump makes a threat, he doesn’t bluff,” Leavitt said during a press briefing at the White House.
He said that the recent attacks on Iranian targets are an example of the Trump administration’s readiness to implement its “red line”. According to Levitt, terrorist groups thought that Trump would only issue warnings like his predecessors, but this proved to be their big mistake.
Operation ‘Epic Fury’ declared a big success
Levitt described the ongoing US military campaign against Iran as ‘Operation Epic Fury’ a major success so far. He said that the American Army has taken this action on the strength of the world’s most powerful soldiers.
According to the White House, this operation has four main goals:
Destroying Iran’s ballistic missile program
Eliminate Iran’s naval presence in the region
Weakening Iran-backed militant groups
Stopping Iran from making nuclear weapons
Iran accused of rejecting diplomacy
Levitt alleged that Iran’s leadership rejected the diplomatic route. According to him, Iran was not ready for peace and wanted to make nuclear weapons to threaten America and its allies.
However, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has already said that his country is not developing nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction are banned according to Islamic principles.
Claiming control over Iranian airspace
The White House said the US hopes to soon gain “full control” of Iran’s airspace so the military operation can proceed. There are currently no plans for US ground forces in Iran.
Amid rising tensions, the White House said that there are currently no plans to send American ground troops into Iran, although military options are being kept open depending on the circumstances.
Speculation about Iran’s leadership
Levitt also said that American intelligence agencies are keeping an eye on reports regarding the future leadership of Iran. There is talk of the Supreme Leader’s son Mojtaba Khamenei becoming a possible successor in reports.
Trump will pay tribute to martyred American soldiers
The White House said that President Trump will attend a ceremony organized to honor American soldiers killed in Iran’s retaliatory attacks. Iran attacked an operation center located at Shuaiba Port in Kuwait, in which six American soldiers were killed.
