Police has got a big success in the case of rapid firing at the office of a businessman on Golf Course Road in Cyber City of Gurugram, Haryana. The Special Task Force (STF) of Haryana Police has arrested three sharpshooters who committed the crime on the instructions of gangster Deepak Nandal.
The arrested accused have been identified as Devendra, Naveen and Sandeep. STF Gurugram The unit took action and recovered two automatic pistols, seven live cartridges and the car used in the crime from their possession.
It is noteworthy that last week several rounds of bullets were fired targeting the office of a businessman located on Golf Course Road. After this incident, gangster Deepak Nandal took responsibility for the attack through social media. Considering the seriousness of the matter, a case was registered at DLF Phase 1 police station and the investigation was handed over to STF.
Main shooter arrested
STF scanned the footage of CCTV cameras installed around the incident site and identified the main shooter as Devendra. The three accused were arrested on Thursday after laying a trap on the basis of technical and human information.
During interrogation, the accused confessed that they had planned the attack on the direct instructions of Deepak Nandal. Police have registered a new criminal case under Organized Crime.
