The result was that no untoward incident happened to her mother. The police took into custody the woman’s cousin father-in-law and his son who attacked her from the spot. Based on the woman’s complaint, the police have registered a case against both of them and started action.
A woman resident of Numaish Purva of Kotwali area is having a dispute with her husband’s maternal uncle Vinod Srivastava regarding her late husband’s ancestral house. Actually, the woman’s husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law have died. The woman alleges that her property has been encroached upon by her maternal uncle and father-in-law. Due to this, on February 1, the woman had filed a case of assault and cheating against Vinod, his wife Sanju and son.
The victim woman alleges that a fake deed of marriage was done to grab the property. When she reached home with her 5-year-old daughter on Saturday, pressure was put on for a compromise. When she protested, the pet dog was released on the innocent girl, due to which she got injured. Then the woman was surrounded and beaten brutally. There was an atmosphere of shouting and chaos inside the house.
During this time, the little girl of the victim woman showed courage. Despite being frightened and injured, she ran straight to the police station, about two hundred meters away from the incident spot, and told the policemen on duty that her mother was being locked in the house and beaten.
Hearing the girl’s plea, the police personnel immediately became active and reached the spot without any delay, taking the girl with them. On the spot, the police found her maternal uncle-father-in-law Vinod and his son, who attacked the woman, and took them into custody. After this, a case was registered against the mother and daughter who were injured in the attack and both were given medical treatment. Police have started action against both the accused.

Additional Superintendent of Police Subodh Gautam said that a case of Numaish Purva has come to light under the police station city Kotwali, in which a 5-year-old girl came to the police station and told that some people were beating her mother in her house and also ran away her pet dog.
When the local police immediately arrived with the girl, they saw that what the girl had said was correct. Two people were fighting at the spot, they were taken into custody. Action was taken against them. The girl and her mother are safe. They have some domestic land dispute going on.

The girl’s mother said that our father-in-law, mother-in-law and husband have passed away. Half the house was in the name of mother-in-law, half was in the name of father-in-law. He transferred his mother-in-law’s share to his sister-in-law and his father-in-law’s share to my husband. Even the husband is no more. That land is my share. Now they are falsely saying that we have completed the deed.
The victim said that now the accused are saying that take six lakh rupees and reconcile. Get your stuff packed and leave from here. We had filed a case.
