Director Sanjay Gupta will make ‘Kaabil 2’, waiting for green signal from Roshan family.
Famous Bollywood director Sanjay Gupta has officially confirmed that the script of the film ‘Kaabil 2’ is ready. This announcement was made recently during an interview, in which he said that if he gets the green signal from Hrithik Roshan and his family, he will start shooting for the film soon.
Sanjay Gupta is the director and writer of the film Kaabil.
Speaking to Variety India, Sanjay Gupta said that as a director and writer he is fully prepared and has the script of ‘Kaabil 2’ completely ready. He told that if someone makes a sequel to the first part, then it should be better and more dangerous than the first so that the audience can get a new and exciting story.
In ‘Kaabil’, released in 2017, Hrithik Roshan played the role of Rohan Bhatnagar, a blind man who sets out on a journey of revenge after the injustice done to his wife. At that time the film was well received by both critics and audiences and entered the ₹100 crore club at the box office.
Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam played the role of husband and wife in the film Kaabil.
Yami Gautam played the lead role in the film, while actors like Ronit Roy and Rohit Roy played important roles. Kaabil’s screenplay, songs, action and emotional scenes were particularly appreciated, making the film a memorable experience.
Sanjay Gupta has also clarified that he has already written the script for the sequel, and the story will be more dangerous than the first part. This means that the tension, action and emotional elements of the story will be further increased so that it matches the expectations of the audience.
Hrithik Roshan will also direct the film ‘Krrish 4’.
Although the date when the shooting of the film will start has not been announced yet, but Gupta said that the production will start as per the decision and time of the Roshan family.
Talking about the work front, apart from ‘Kaabil 2’, Hrithik Roshan also has many big projects. The most talked about among these is ‘Krrish 4’, which will be directed by Hrithik himself.
