‘विदेशी ताकतों के आगे झुका कोर्ट, अब लगाएंगे 10% अतिरिक्त टैरिफ…’, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर भड़के ट्रंप – us President Donald Trump supreme court tarriff order ntc rlch
US President Donald Trump on Friday reacted sharply to the historic decision of the Supreme Court in which his global tariff program was rejected. Describing this decision, which came with a majority of 6-3, as deeply disappointing, Trump accused some judges of coming under foreign influence. He said that this decision is against the interests of America and will encourage foreign countries.
Trump made it clear in the press conference that despite this decision he will not step back from his trade agenda. He said, ‘Foreign countries are very happy, but their happiness will not last long. We will now take steps in a stronger direction and take a tough stance in trade policy. He indicated that all options are in his view and other stronger methods of imposing tariffs are already under consideration.
Trump called the Supreme Court’s decision disappointing and shameful. He said that some judges came under pressure from foreign powers and stopped using their emergency powers. Trump said, ‘I have the right to stop all trade with any country. I am allowed to impose embargo. I can do whatever I want, but the court is saying I cannot recover the money (tariff). Now I will move in an even stronger direction.
Trump also clarified that his national security tariffs, which are implemented under Section 301, are still in full effect. He said, ‘I America I am capable of taking any step to protect its security and economic interests. Foreign countries think that they have stopped us, but in reality America is in a stronger position.
Trump indicated that despite the court’s decision, he would further strengthen his business approach. He said, ‘I have stronger methods available. Other options on tariffs will be used and perhaps we can raise more money. Foreign countries will not keep dancing for long.
Citing the court’s decision, he said that international emergency economic powers cannot be used to impose tariffs without the approval of Congress. The Supreme Court also made it clear that under the Constitution, only Congress has the right to control trade and revenue.
