A shocking case has come to light in New Friends Colony area of Delhi. Here a domestic help (house help) along with her colleagues conspired to carry out a fake ED raid at the house of her own owners.
It is alleged that the domestic help along with some people planned to enter the house by pretending to be Enforcement Directorate (ED) and police officers. The accused arrived wearing police uniform. First they threatened the family members, snatched their mobile phones and locked them in a room. After this, they ran away with jewelery and cash worth lakhs of rupees kept in the house.
Police have arrested two female accused in this case. According to sources, Delhi Police have recovered fake ID cards, police uniform, wireless set and a pistol, whose license had expired, from the accused.
Apart from this, looted jewelery and expensive watches have also been recovered. The search for the remaining accused is going on and raids are being conducted to recover other stolen items. The police is busy investigating the entire matter and is trying to find out when and how the conspiracy of this incident was hatched.
